IAM Engineer

Job Summary

Owning and improving IAM tooling like Okta and ConductorOne, the full-time IAM Engineer will drive scalable access controls, partner with compliance teams, and mentor junior engineers while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and enhance IAM tooling across the enterprise, focusing on user-friendly access systems
• Drive the adoption of RBAC, ABAC, and JIT access control models
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects and support access integration for mergers and acquisitions

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience using Terraform to manage IAM infrastructure at scale
• 2+ years of experience managing an Okta tenant with 1,000+ users
• 2+ years of experience with IGA platforms such as SailPoint or ConductorOne
• Strong analytical skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder interaction
