IAM Engineer
Job Summary
To support secure access in a healthcare environment, the full-time remote IAM Engineer will implement, maintain, and optimize identity and access management solutions, focusing on automation, security, and compliance while managing Okta and CyberArk platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Okta Identity Cloud and CyberArk PAM solutions
- Develop and maintain automation scripts for identity lifecycle management and integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications
- Monitor IAM-related incidents and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enforce least privilege access processes
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in IAM engineering or similar IT roles
- Proficiency with Okta and CyberArk platforms
- Strong scripting skills in languages such as PowerShell or Python
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field
- Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, HITECH)
