IAM Engineer - Mainframe Security

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Identity & Access Management Engineer specializing in IBM Mainframe Security.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the mainframe security environment using RACF
• Manage and audit RACF profiles and enforce identity and access management processes
• Provide Tier 3 support for mainframe security incidents and collaborate with audit and compliance teams

Required Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience in mainframe security engineering or IAM
• Deep expertise with RACF administration and security concepts
• Strong understanding of identity management and access control models
• Experience with z/OS utilities and tools including TSO, ISPF, JCL, and REXX
• Proven ability to support enterprise-scale IAM operations
