Job Summary
Designing and managing secure IAM solutions for cloud and on-premises environments, the remote IAM Engineer with DoD Clearance will ensure secure authentication, authorization, and identity governance while collaborating with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application development teams.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and manage IAM frameworks aligned with compliance and security standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance cyber security and identity governance
- Support the transition to a scalable, distributed intelligence ecosystem for US Southern Command
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, Computer Science, or a related field, or a minimum of five years of equivalent experience in IAM engineering
- SECRET Security Clearance
- Demonstrated experience designing and managing IAM frameworks in cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure)
- Proficiency in authentication and authorization protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)
- Experience implementing zero-trust security models and managing identity governance tools
