IAM Engineering Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Okta Engineering Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide subject-matter expertise in IAM for both cloud and on-premises technologies
• Drive the adoption of authentication and authorization reference architectures and creative solutions for IAM challenges
• Manage technical delivery of Information Security projects and align solutions with organizational goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Assurance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 8+ years of practical IT experience, with 5+ years in Information Security
• Experience architecting IAM solutions within Microsoft Azure and AWS
• Familiarity with IAM protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID
• Preferred security industry certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Security+)
