IAM Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IAM Engineering Manager responsible for overseeing Identity and Access Management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to a team of identity professionals, ensuring high-quality solutions and performance goals are met
• Manage team schedules, project allocations, and serve as the escalation point for complex identity issues
• Monitor IAM systems and KPIs, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and driving process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Identity and Access Management or related field
• At least 2 years of leadership and/or management experience in technical projects
• Experience with IAM platforms and technologies such as SailPoint, BeyondTrust, or Okta
• Preferred IAM, cybersecurity, or similar certification
