IAM Governance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IAM Governance Analyst to ensure the security and compliance of its identity and access management program.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain IAM governance policies, standards, and procedures
• Conduct periodic access reviews and certifications to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and Business teams to define and enforce least-privilege access models

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in IAM, information security, or IT risk management
• Familiarity with IAM tools (e.g., Saviynt, Okta, Azure AD) and governance frameworks (e.g., NIST, HiTrust, SOC2)
• Experience supporting audits and compliance initiatives
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
