IAM Governance Lead

Job Summary

Seeking an IAM Governance Lead, this full-time remote position will manage strategic leadership, architecture guidance, and governance across Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance Administration (IGA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM)/Delinea programs, with quarterly travel to Dallas required.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise roadmap and governance model for IAM and IGA services
• Provide strategic direction for IAM, IGA, and PAM solutions, including lifecycle management and access certifications
• Serve as the primary liaison between business leadership, technology teams, and a managed service provider (MSP) organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise Identity Governance, IAM, or PAM within large environments
• Strong experience with Delinea, Microsoft Entra ID, and multifactor authentication (MFA)
• Experience operating in regulated environments with knowledge of SOX controls and audit requirements
• Familiarity with SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, LDAP, REST APIs, and JSON
