IAM Operations Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the operational health and service delivery of a complex enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) environment, the full-time IAM Operations Manager will manage day-to-day operations, drive operational excellence, and lead communications with stakeholders for a large insurance organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of enterprise IAM services, including Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and Access Management
• Drive operational excellence through incident management, change management, and service reporting
• Lead communications with senior stakeholders, providing status updates, risk assessments, and operational reporting

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing enterprise IAM operations in large, complex environments
• Strong expertise in SailPoint ISC/IGA concepts, Identity Governance, and Access Management
• Experience with Ping Identity, Okta, and Microsoft Active Directory
• Strong leadership, staff management, vendor management, and executive communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in customer-facing environments and navigate organizational complexities
