IAM Practitioner

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the IAM Practitioner will support the delivery of the Identity & Access Management program by collaborating with various teams to enhance IAM capabilities and ensure compliance with security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and implement strategies to mature the IAM/PAM capability in collaboration with the GIS leadership team
• Lead the delivery of the IAM transformational program alongside the IAM Specialist, ensuring operational tasks are effectively integrated
• Direct the work of analysts, ensuring accuracy and quality in IAM processes and documentation

Required qualifications

• Significant experience in Identity Access Management, preferably in a senior role within financial services
• Hands-on experience with IAM/PAM tools such as SailPoint and CyberArk
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft products including Active Directory and Entra ID
• Experience operating IAM within regulated environments (e.g., ISO27001, GDPR)
• Capability in designing IAM controls such as Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
