IAM Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IAM Project Manager - HYBRID.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IAM projects, ensuring deliverables meet cost, schedule, and scope commitments
• Evaluate projects for risks and issues, providing leadership for effective mitigation plans
• Maintain regular interactions with stakeholders, providing status reports and ensuring project transparency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field
• 5-8 years of experience in complex IT project management, with 2-3 years focused on IAM or cybersecurity
• Strong understanding of core IAM concepts and familiarity with IAM frameworks and technologies
• Proven ability to apply project management principles and manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
• Exceptional leadership skills and a high degree of political sensitivity within organizational structures
