IAM Project Manager
Job Summary
Supporting strategic IAM transformation initiatives, the full-time IAM Project Manager will manage end-to-end projects focused on identity lifecycle modernization, Zero Trust, and secure access in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Establish program objectives, OKRs, roadmaps, and best practices to drive project delivery
- Lead change management and stakeholder communication while overseeing large-scale migrations from legacy to modern platforms
- Develop project plans, status reports, and other artifacts to ensure alignment of business processes with technical design and implementation
Required qualifications
- PMP Certification and experience with Agile Methodology
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and leading technical teams
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of recent, relevant work experience
- Strong background in managing project resources, budgets, risks, and dependencies
- Experience conducting post-implementation reviews and driving continuous improvements
