IAM Security Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IAM Security Operations Manager to lead the Worker Identity function within the Security team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end access lifecycle and risk analysis for workers, including provisioning and deprovisioning
• Lead and develop the worker identity team while managing IAM tooling operations and driving automation
• Build and maintain playbooks, ensuring consistent operations and decision-making across the team

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing a security or IAM team with a track record of building high-performing teams
• Deep understanding of identity lifecycle management and access governance
• Hands-on familiarity with IAM tooling and protocols such as SAML and OIDC
• Track record of improving operational metrics and reducing manual toil
• Strong communication skills across decisions and playbooks
