IAM Security Operations Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of security analysts, the full-time remote IAM Security Operations Manager will oversee the worker identity function, managing access lifecycle processes, risk analysis, and IAM tooling operations to ensure secure and efficient access across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end access lifecycle and conduct risk assessments for worker access across systems
• Lead the IAM analysis function to identify overprivileged access and produce risk intelligence for access decisions
• Develop and mentor the worker identity team while driving operational improvements and managing IAM tooling operations

Required qualifications

• Experience managing a security or IAM team with a proven track record of building high-performing teams
• Deep understanding of identity lifecycle management, including RBAC/ABAC models and access governance
• Hands-on familiarity with IAM tools and protocols, such as Okta, SAML, and SCIM
• Proven ability to improve operational metrics and reduce manual processes
• Strong communication skills for conveying decisions and creating operational playbooks
