IAM Security Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Track Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and implement authentication solutions using PingIdentity tools
• Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and patches for PingIdentity products
• Provide L3 support for application issues, product debugging, and incident troubleshooting

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7-10 years of hands-on experience with PingIdentity products
• Strong knowledge of LDAP and directories like Radiantlogic, Microsoft Active Directory, or any cloud directory
• Proven ability to lead and mentor team members
• Experience integrating Hypr with desktop agents (Windows and Mac)
• Prior experience deploying a passwordless solution is an advantage
