Job Summary

A company is looking for an IAM Senior Associate to contribute to the Identity and Access Management department.

Key Responsibilities

Lead IAM projects and assist in managing the project team
Support IAM transformation focusing on Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
Perform data normalization and enrichment across identity data sources

Required Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on experience with PAM, IAM, or Cybersecurity solutions
Demonstrated background in IAM with an understanding of identity workflows
Experience in business analysis and process design
Strong critical thinking skills for process improvement
Demonstrable understanding of Windows Server and Linux environments
