IAM Senior Manager

Job Summary

As the Process Owner for identity lifecycle management, the full-time remote IAM Senior Manager will define strategy and technical readiness for IAM initiatives, manage complex identity programs, and ensure integration with application systems while leading operations and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary Process Owner for WEX's Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) identity lifecycle outcomes and IAM engineering
• Lead the IAM Operations and Engineering teams, ensuring seamless integration with the Information Security team and overseeing architectural migration to SailPoint Identity Security Cloud
• Serve as the technical liaison to Application Owners, driving the onboarding of applications into the SailPoint ISC ecosystem and standardizing identity data payloads

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of technical leadership experience in Identity and Access Management as a Product Owner, Solutions Architect, or Operations/Engineering Manager
• Strong architectural understanding of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, API/SCIM integrations, Active Directory, and Workday
• Relevant industry certifications such as Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM), CISSP, or ITIL v4 Foundation
• Deep understanding of ITSM/ITIL frameworks and experience in applying continuous improvement principles to operational workflows
• Exceptional strategic mindset with proven stakeholder management skills, including co-leading governance committees and collaborating with decentralized application owners
