IAM Specialist - PAM

Job Summary

Focused on supporting identity and access management operations, the full-time IAM Specialist - PAM will manage user access provisioning, access certification campaigns, and privileged access management controls, with the flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid model from the Lincoln, RI office.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain Identity and Access Management platforms, ensuring optimal access provisioning and recertification
• Lead the installation and upgrade of CyberArk components across various environments and manage the health of CyberArk services
• Coordinate access recertification campaigns and administer user access provisioning in accordance with established IAM policies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of relevant experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) or a related field
• Deep expertise in IAM, including access provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and privileged access management, preferably with CyberArk
• Experience with object-oriented programming and scripting in languages such as Java, Python, SQL, or PowerShell
• Hands-on experience utilizing AI and large language models (LLMs) for process automation and operational efficiency
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
