IAM Specialist - Recertifications

Job Summary

Supporting identity and access management operations, the full-time IAM Specialist - Recertifications will manage user access provisioning, coordinate access recertification campaigns, and maintain IAM documentation, with options for remote or hybrid work.

Key responsibilities

• Handle the implementation and maintenance of IAM platforms for user access provisioning and recertification
• Coordinate and execute access recertification campaigns, ensuring audit readiness and issue resolution
• Administer privileged access management processes, including credential management and validation of elevated access

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of relevant experience in Identity & Access Management
• Deep expertise in IAM processes, including access provisioning and role-based access control (RBAC)
• Hands-on experience with AI and large language models for process automation
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming and scripting languages such as Java, Python, SQL, or PowerShell
• Experience with IAM tools like NetIQ IDM, OpenText IGA, SailPoint, or Saviynt is preferred
