Job Summary
Supporting enterprise identity security platforms, the full-time IAM Support Specialist - Bilingual will provide Level 2 support for IAM technologies, troubleshoot access-related issues, and assist with identity lifecycle management in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 operational support for enterprise IAM environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve authentication, authorization, provisioning, and SSO-related incidents
- Support identity lifecycle management processes, including onboarding and role management
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- 2+ years of experience supporting Identity and Access Management solutions
- Experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, or IBM Verify
- Understanding of access provisioning, authentication, and identity governance concepts
