Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Manager, Identity and Access Management (IAM).

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage the IAM team to foster a high-performance culture
Develop, enforce, and audit IAM policies and procedures for compliance with security regulations
Oversee administration and support of IAM tools, and implement identity automation projects

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience managing a team in the IAM domain
Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Identity Manager
In-depth knowledge of Okta and experience with Microsoft Entra suite
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and experience with Sentinel log analytics
