Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technician in Technical Services, specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage user groups, rules, and workflows within Okta and Google Workspace
- Configure applications with single sign-on (SSO) and respond to employee help requests
- Collaborate with various teams to optimize IAM workflows and implement automation opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing corporate identities and administering cloud identity providers like Okta and Google Workspace
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID)
- Experience managing a ticket queue within an IT Service Desk environment
- Ability to implement and support new technologies organization-wide
- Experience working remotely while collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders
