Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technician in Technical Services, specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage user groups, rules, and workflows within Okta and Google Workspace
  • Configure applications with single sign-on (SSO) and respond to employee help requests
  • Collaborate with various teams to optimize IAM workflows and implement automation opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Experience managing corporate identities and administering cloud identity providers like Okta and Google Workspace
  • Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID)
  • Experience managing a ticket queue within an IT Service Desk environment
  • Ability to implement and support new technologies organization-wide
  • Experience working remotely while collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders
