Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote IAPDA Certified Debt Specialist will engage with clients to help them break free from unsecured debt through consultative sales, while achieving monthly performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new customers through prospecting and inbound inquiries
• Engage existing customers via multiple communication channels
• Analyze client portfolios to devise strategies for financial freedom

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Debt Specialist or Debt Resolution Specialist
• Currently or formerly IAPDA certified
• Strong business acumen and professionalism
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
• High energy, competitive, and motivated to succeed
