Job Summary

To support a growing team, the remote IAPDA Certified Debt Specialist will engage with customers through various channels, analyze client portfolios, and achieve monthly KPIs while working in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key responsibilities

• Successfully acquire new customers through prospecting and inbound inquiries
• Engage existing customers through multiple communication channels
• Collaborate with cross-department teams to manage active business and provide exceptional customer service

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Debt Specialist or Debt Resolution Specialist
• Currently or formerly IAPDA certified
• Strong business acumen and professionalism
• High energy, competitive, and motivated to succeed
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
