IAPDA Certified Debt Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the remote IAPDA Certified Debt Specialist will engage in prospecting new clients, analyze client portfolios for effective debt resolution strategies, and collaborate with cross-department teams to provide exceptional customer service while achieving monthly performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new customers through prospecting and managing inbound inquiries
• Engage with existing customers via phone, email, and SMS to facilitate debt resolution
• Analyze client portfolios to determine optimal strategies for achieving financial freedom

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Debt Specialist or Debt Resolution Specialist
• Current or former IAPDA certification
• Strong business acumen and professionalism
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
• High energy, competitive spirit, and motivation to succeed
