Job Summary
To support a growing remote sales team, the full-time IAPDA Certified Debt Specialist will engage new and existing customers through various channels, analyze client portfolios, and achieve monthly performance targets while providing exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Successfully acquire new customers through prospecting and inbound inquiries
- Engage with customers from the existing database via phone, email, and SMS
- Analyze client portfolios to determine effective strategies for achieving financial freedom
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience as a Debt Specialist or Debt Resolution Specialist
- Currently or formerly IAPDA certified
- Strong business acumen and professionalism
- High energy and motivation to excel in a competitive environment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and work both independently and collaboratively
