• 2-4 years of experience in a relevant role within the broker or trading ecosystem
• Strong understanding of the prop trading and brokerage space
• Proven ability to build and manage business relationships with a focus on revenue generation
• Experience in negotiating partnerships or contributing to revenue growth initiatives
• Ability to identify opportunities and execute independently in a fast-paced environment
