IB Theory of Knowledge Teacher

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced and innovative IB Theory of Knowledge Teacher, the part-time remote position will involve teaching virtual classes and preparing course materials for students around the world, starting in September 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Teach synchronous IB Theory of Knowledge classes to high school students from various locations
• Prepare course materials and engage students in meaningful discussions and activities
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in online teaching communities to enhance the learning experience

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate and/or Graduate degree in Education with a subject specialty in at least one IB Group 1-6 subject
• At least three years of experience teaching high school level learners
• Minimum of two years teaching IB TOK or another IB subject
• Experience working, teaching, and collaborating online is preferred
