IBCLC Lactation Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing network of members, the part-time IBCLC Lactation Consultant will provide virtual care through video consultations and messaging, focusing on breastfeeding support and education while collaborating with a care delivery team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide virtual consultations on breastfeeding basics, establishing a good latch, and pumping techniques
• Document encounter summaries in the practice management system and collaborate with the Care Delivery team for member needs
• Serve as an ambassador for Maven's care model, delivering culturally humble care and championing improved outcomes for women and families

Required qualifications

• Must be an IBCLC certified lactation consultant
• Reside in the United States, excluding CA, CT, IL, NJ, NY, MA, MD, and OR
• Ability to provide direct member care for at least 5 hours per week
• 2+ years of experience in the telehealth space, comfortable with digital health platforms
• Passionate about women's and family health
