IBM ACE Developer

Job Summary

To support a dynamic project environment, the contract IBM ACE Developer will work remotely, leveraging expertise in IBM ACE development, IBM MQ, and API development to design and implement high-volume applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Independently analyze, design, and develop mission-critical applications ensuring high availability and performance
• Respond to inquiries from various stakeholders regarding claims payments and resolve issues by coordinating with technical staff
• Utilize continuous improvement methods to enhance efficiency and drive production gains while documenting system issues and recommending solutions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IBM ACE development or 7+ years in a related field in lieu of a degree
• Proficiency in IBM MQ, API development, XML, JSON, and event-driven architectures
• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in a relevant field
• Experience with Salesforce is preferred
• Strong technical expertise in developing efficient, testable code for complex IT solutions
