Job Summary

Supporting enterprise content management systems in a 100% remote environment, the IBM FileNet Support Engineer will manage and maintain IBM FileNet P8 and Datacap environments, troubleshoot production issues, and develop automation scripts using Java and Python.

Key responsibilities
  • Support and maintain IBM FileNet P8 and Datacap environments
  • Handle production issues related to document management and content capture systems
  • Monitor and troubleshoot ECM applications using ICN, WebSphere Liberty, and Oracle
Required qualifications
  • Experience with IBM FileNet P8 (5.1/5.2) and IBM Datacap 9.x
  • Proficiency in IBM Content Navigator (ICN), WebSphere Liberty, and Oracle 11g
  • Strong scripting skills in Java and Python
  • Experience with Unix/Linux/Windows environments
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk
