IBM ITOM Engineer

Job Summary

To support the administration and maintenance of an enterprise IT Operations Management (ITOM) reporting environment, the long-term contract IBM ITOM Engineer will manage system configuration, report setup, and troubleshooting in a fully remote capacity across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the IBM/Rocket ITOM reporting platform, including user access and environment health monitoring
• Perform product administration functions for report setup, including defining parameters and scheduling
• Troubleshoot report generation failures and collaborate with teams to align outputs with SLAs and KPIs

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience administering IBM/Rocket ITOM reporting tools
• Proven experience in product administration functions, including report setup and maintenance
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT Operations Management frameworks and operational processes
• Proficiency in report scheduling and automated distribution processes
• Familiarity with ITSM ticket management workflows and Change Advisory Board processes
