IBM ITOM Engineer
Job Summary
To support the administration and maintenance of an enterprise IT Operations Management reporting environment, the long-term contract IBM ITOM Engineer will manage system configuration, report setup, and troubleshooting in a fully remote role based in the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the IBM/Rocket ITOM reporting platform, including user access provisioning and environment health monitoring
- Perform Product Administration functions related to report setup, scheduling, and output routing
- Troubleshoot report generation failures and collaborate with teams to align reporting outputs with SLAs and KPIs
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience administering IBM/Rocket ITOM reporting tools
- Demonstrated experience in report setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance
- Proven experience managing distribution services and recipient management
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT Operations Management frameworks
- Proficiency in report scheduling and automated distribution processes
