IBM Maximo Applications Developer

Job Summary

Analyzing complex business challenges, the full-time Staff Enterprise Applications Developer - IBM Maximo will design, develop, and support applications on the IBM Maximo platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support IBM Maximo applications and integrations with enterprise systems
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across applications, integrations, and workflows while mentoring team members

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 8-12 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 5-7 years, or a PhD with 2-4 years of experience
• Extensive experience with IBM Maximo, including implementation, configuration, and customization
• Proficiency in Python, Jython, JavaScript, SQL, and XML for automation and integrations
• Strong understanding of Maximo architecture, workflows, and integration frameworks
• Experience building complex BIRT reports and working with REST/JSON integrations
