IBM Maximo Applications Developer

Job Summary

To support a collaborative team, the full-time Staff Enterprise Applications Developer - IBM Maximo will design, develop, and support applications on the IBM Maximo platform while working closely with business and technical partners to deliver scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex business challenges and translate them into effective Maximo-based solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and build integrations with enterprise systems
• Enhance Maximo through configurations, workflows, automation scripts, and reporting tools

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 8-12 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 5-7 years of experience, or a PhD with 2-4 years of experience
• Extensive experience with IBM Maximo, including implementation and customization
• Proficiency in Python, Jython, JavaScript, SQL, and XML for automation and integrations
• Strong understanding of Maximo architecture and experience with BIRT report building
• Familiarity with REST/JSON integrations and database systems, especially DB2
