IBM Maximo Applications Developer

Job Summary

To support a collaborative team, the full-time Staff Enterprise Applications Developer specializing in IBM Maximo will analyze complex business challenges, design and develop applications, and enhance integrations while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business challenges and translate them into effective Maximo-based solutions
• Design, develop, and support applications on the IBM Maximo platform, participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle
• Build and support integrations with enterprise systems using Web Services, REST/SOAP, and Maximo Integration Framework

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 8-12 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 5-7 years of experience, or a PhD with 2-4 years of experience
• Extensive experience working with IBM Maximo, including implementation, configuration, and customization
• Proficiency in Python, Jython, JavaScript, SQL, and XML for automation and integrations
• Experience building complex BIRT reports and implementing workflow processes
• Solid understanding of database systems, particularly DB2, and familiarity with HTML
