Job Summary
Providing L2 support for IBM Verify and IAM-related services, the full-time IBM Verify Support Specialist will troubleshoot authentication and access management issues while communicating effectively in both English and Spanish in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide L2 support for IBM Verify and IAM-related services
- Monitor systems and respond to alerts in a 24/7 operations environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve user access, provisioning, and federation-related incidents
Required qualifications
- 2+ years supporting IBM Verify or similar IAM platforms (Okta, Azure AD, Ping)
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts (SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth)
- Experience in a production support or shift-based environment preferred
- Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira)
