Job Summary

Providing L2 support for IBM Verify and IAM-related services, the full-time IBM Verify Support Specialist will troubleshoot authentication and access management issues while communicating effectively in both English and Spanish in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide L2 support for IBM Verify and IAM-related services
  • Monitor systems and respond to alerts in a 24/7 operations environment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user access, provisioning, and federation-related incidents
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years supporting IBM Verify or similar IAM platforms (Okta, Azure AD, Ping)
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts (SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth)
  • Experience in a production support or shift-based environment preferred
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
  • Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira)
