A company is looking for a Database Administrator - IBMi (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain, optimize, and secure IBMi-based DB2 databases
Support database performance, tuning, and availability
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams on schema design and high availability/disaster recovery strategies

Required Qualifications:

10 years of IT experience with expertise in IBMi (OS/400) and DB2 for i
IBM Certified DB2 for i Administrator preferred
Skilled in SQL, indexing, and query optimization
Familiarity with IBM Power Systems and job/work management tools
Experience with ILE RPG, ILE CL, Java, and SQL/PL
