I&C Design Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an I&C Design Engineer for a remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interface with a diverse design team to develop design documentation and lead I&C system design
• Perform engineering evaluations in accordance with nuclear codes and standards, and provide technical guidance
• Manage drawing packages and oversee supplier projects to ensure compliance with client requirements

Required Qualifications:

• B.S. or higher in Controls, Electrical, or related discipline with 6+ years of experience in I&C systems
• Experience in the development and delivery of industrial I&C platforms
• Preferred experience with nuclear reactor safety systems and familiarity with IEEE and IEC standards
• Experience with nuclear power plant quality assurance and industrial process flow diagrams
• Proficiency with CAD software is a plus
