I&C Design Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) Design Engineer to support advanced nuclear reactor technology projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review system and component-level specifications, engineering documentation, and design deliverables
• Provide technical oversight and direction to I&C suppliers and subcontractors while coordinating project support activities
• Integrate I&C design work with mechanical, electrical, and systems engineering teams, ensuring compliance with nuclear standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• 10+ years of instrumentation and controls engineering experience
• Experience designing and delivering industrial I&C systems and platforms
• Experience applying nuclear codes, standards, and regulatory criteria to engineering design
• Demonstrated experience developing instrumentation diagnostics and data acquisition systems
