I&C Engineering Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an I&C Modernizations Engineering Lead to drive engineering and design finalization for I&C digital modernization across the operating fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead supplier-side concurrent engineering activities for modernization projects in collaboration with customer engineering teams
• Define, review, and finalize design inputs and documents to establish a foundation for digital implementation
• Ensure design outputs comply with regulatory and licensing requirements while facilitating technical decision-making

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related fields
• Minimum of 10 years of related experience in engineering
• Advanced knowledge of engineering standards and techniques
• Proven experience in upfront design work and concurrent engineering in regulated industries
• Familiarity with regulatory and licensing requirements is highly desirable
