I&C Human Factors Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an I & C Human Factors Engineer to support an advanced nuclear program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead integration of Human Factors Engineering (HFE) into digital I&C systems and human-system interfaces (HSIs)
• Design and support development of control room interfaces, displays, and control systems
• Support I&C system design from requirements through final implementation and ensure compliance with nuclear regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• M.S. or PhD in Human Factors, Industrial Engineering, or related field, or 8+ years of relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience in I&C engineering for complex or nuclear systems
• Experience designing digital control/monitoring systems and Human-System Interfaces (HSIs)
• 3+ years applying Human Factors principles to workstation and panel design
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver industrial I&C platforms
