I&C Human Factors Engineer

Job Summary

I&C Human Factors Engineer, responsible for integrating Human Factors Engineering into digital control systems and human-system interfaces for advanced nuclear technology, working on a contract basis remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead integration of Human Factors Engineering into digital I&C systems and HSIs
• Design and support development of control room interfaces and control systems
• Ensure compliance with nuclear regulatory standards and participate in design reviews

Required Qualifications

• M.S. or PhD in Human Factors, Industrial Engineering, or related field, or 8+ years of relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience in I&C engineering for complex or nuclear systems
• Experience designing digital control/monitoring systems and Human-System Interfaces
• 3+ years applying Human Factors principles to control room or process environments
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver industrial I&C platforms
