I&C Integration Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for an I&C Integration Leader to manage requirements and configuration for I&C projects in the nuclear energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute requirements management, design change control, and configuration management strategies
• Lead requirement decomposition, validation, and traceability efforts to align with project goals
• Oversee cross-functional teams and ensure synchronization of project schedules and costs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related fields
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in engineering and project management
• Advanced knowledge of requirements management and configuration management techniques
• Familiarity with NQA-1 and 10 CFR 50 Appendix B regulations
• Experience in stakeholder coordination and team collaboration
