I&C Project Licensing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an I&C Project Licensing Lead to support regulatory compliance and licensing activities in commercial nuclear operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and completion of IT projects, providing technical leadership and monitoring progress
• Prepare and submit licensing documents, ensuring compliance with NRC regulations and supporting regulatory inspections
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate licensing requirements into plant modifications and provide technical expertise during operational events

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with a minimum of 4 years of related experience, or equivalent work experience
• Experience in commercial nuclear power and knowledge of NRC regulations and industry guidance
• Experience managing or developing engineering/licensing methods and digital tools
• Prior involvement in licensing actions, safety analyses, or regulatory interactions
• Understanding of configuration management systems and digital workflow platforms
