ICAM Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ICAM Business Analyst to drive the implementation of Zero Trust and ICAM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Zero Trust and ICAM initiatives, including Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• Facilitate the development of As-Is and To-Be process flows in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Conduct workshops and Q&A sessions to demonstrate IGA capabilities and ensure smooth project execution

Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in SAP technical integration, focusing on system implementation and process development
• Proven experience with SAP systems such as ECC, EWM, SCM, CAMS, UAM, GRC, and Portal
• Strong background in SAP ABAP and workflow design and integration
• Expertise in integrating SAP with Citrix, Active Directory, and other external systems related to UAM
