ICAM Enablement Manager

Job Summary

Leading Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) initiatives, the remote ICAM Enablement Manager will manage program activities, serve as a subject matter expert, and collaborate with government stakeholders to deliver secure and scalable solutions in federal environments.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of ICAM program activities, ensuring compliance with federal policies and standards
• Serve as the primary point of contact for ICAM-related inquiries and lead the development of ICAM strategies and governance frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define ICAM requirements and integrate solutions with existing enterprise systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in ICAM or related cybersecurity disciplines
• 3+ years of experience in a program management or leadership role supporting federal government IT programs
• Experience with Okta and SailPoint
• Active Secret Clearance
