ICAM Subject Matter Expert

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ICAM Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expertise on federal ICAM standards and advise on strategy, policy, and technology enhancements
• Evaluate and recommend commercial and open-source ICAM products to meet agency requirements
• Support the development of authentication services, access control models, and compliance with federal security standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of ICAM experience
• In-depth knowledge of federal ICAM standards and the Federal ICAM Roadmap and Implementation Guidance
• Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP identity services, and various identity protocols
• Certification in recognized identity, access, and security certifications
• Experience in supporting governance, compliance, and integration across ICAM service areas
