Ice Cream Supply Chain Finance Transformation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supply Chain Finance Transformation Manager for their North America Ice Cream division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide financial leadership and decision support for ongoing transformation projects in the North America IC BU
• Manage M&A projects, including business integration and product insourcing
• Support Fuel for Growth (F4G) big-bets, such as production cost turnaround and waste reduction

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of finance experience, with a focus on Supply Chain/Operations finance partnering
• Detailed knowledge of financial systems, including SAP FIN & SC, PBCS, and Driverless
• Experience in project management and budgeting for large investments
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
