Job Summary
To provide exceptional career advisory services, the part-time ICEO Peer Advisor will manage client engagements by delivering a white-glove experience, offering strategic guidance, and mobilizing resources to support senior leaders in their career transitions remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Understanding and addressing each client's unique needs while delivering high-quality support
- Acting as a trusted advisor and thought partner throughout the engagement process
- Coaching clients on best practices in career transition, including personal branding and networking
Required qualifications
- Over 15 years of experience in a leadership role at the C-2 or C-3 level or relevant consultative experience
- Strong background in coaching, mentoring, and developing senior executives
- Proven ability to build professional relationships with senior management, including CEOs and COOs
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence and empathy, with experience in handling involuntary terminations preferred
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork and sharing best practices across the organization
